Coco Wyo books are available through our storefront when inventory is active, plus selected marketplace and retail partners. Product pages show the current format, price, and availability before checkout.

Paperback books are great for everyday coloring, spiral-bound editions are easier to keep flat while you work, and mini books are made for short creative breaks at a desk, in a bag, or while traveling.

Colored pencils, crayons, and gel pens work well for most pages. If you use alcohol markers, acrylic markers, or wet media, place a protective sheet behind the page to reduce bleed-through.

Digital coloring pages are delivered as download files after purchase. The product page and order confirmation explain whether the item is printable, digital-only, or both.

Digital files are for personal use. You may print pages for your own coloring time, but you may not resell, redistribute, upload, or share the original files.

Sticker material varies by product. Vinyl sticker packs can handle everyday use on smooth, hard surfaces, but soaking, heat, and rough textures may shorten their life.

Sticker packs are designed as their own products. When a pack includes new artwork, repeated artwork, or themed add-ons, the product description will say so.

Most physical orders are prepared within two to three business days, not including weekends or holidays. Estimated transit time depends on the shipping method shown at checkout.

When tracking is available, the carrier link is sent with your shipping confirmation. If you cannot find it, contact Customer Care with your order number.

Pour un achat physique effectué sur notre boutique, informez-nous de votre rétractation à support@cocowyo.be dans les 14 jours suivant la réception. Pour une commande livrée en plusieurs fois, le délai commence à la réception du dernier article. Vous disposez ensuite de 14 jours après votre notification pour expédier le retour.

Une déclaration claire suffit ; aucune justification ni autorisation préalable n’est nécessaire. Indiquez si possible votre numéro de commande pour faciliter le traitement. Vos droits légaux, notamment pour un produit défectueux ou non conforme, restent applicables au-delà de ce délai.

Pour un changement d’avis, vous choisissez votre transporteur et payez les frais directs de retour international. Aucun frais de remise en stock n’est facturé. Conservez une preuve d’expédition. Pour un article endommagé, défectueux ou incorrect, contactez-nous : Coco Wyo prend en charge les frais de retour nécessaires.

Vous pouvez examiner le livre comme vous le feriez en magasin. Une utilisation dépassant cet examen, notamment le coloriage ou des annotations, peut entraîner une déduction correspondant à la perte de valeur ; elle ne supprime pas automatiquement le droit de rétractation.

Pour un contenu numérique, le droit de rétractation ne disparaît après le début de la fourniture que si vous avez expressément accepté cette fourniture immédiate et reconnu perdre ce droit. Vos droits en cas de défaut restent applicables.

Yes. We love seeing finished pages. Share your own colored artwork and credit Coco Wyo when possible. Please do not post clean, uncolored pages or files that others could copy instead of purchasing.

Email support@cocowyo.be with your order number, product name, photos if something arrived damaged, and the email used at checkout. That helps us find the order quickly.
